Russ

For the past 30 plus years, Russ has guided leaders to reach their potential by using mindfulness, ability to assess situations and behaviors objectively, compassion, humor and authentic support. His clients have come from a wide variety of workplaces including NASA, the World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund, McCormick Spice, Marriott, Environmental Protection Agency, Oracle, small and large nonprofits, University of California at Davis, Abshire Inamori Leadership Academy of the Center for Strategic and International Studies and Georgetown University.

Russ is a managing partner and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at iLEAP where he led the organization’s digital transformation and creation of the Global Leadership Academy. Russ is also an adjunct professor of Social Entrepreneurship at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, and an adjunct professor in the Health and Wellness Certificate Program at Georgetown University.

He has a background in Education and Organizational Development, and an Executive
Master’s Degree in Leadership (M.L.) from the Georgetown University McDonough
School of Business. He is a graduate from the Executive Leadership Coach training from
Georgetown University and holds a PCC level of certification from the International
Coach Federation (ICF), Health and Wellness certified coach (NBC-HWC) and is a
Master Integral Facilitator.

Some of his other passions include mountaineering, river kayaking, rock climbing, cooking, and photography that have allowed him to stand on Denali, Kilimanjaro, and climb Half Dome and Lost Arrow Spire in Yosemite. He has spent much of the last 34 years bringing clients to treasured places around the globe focusing on the transformative power of new experiences in varied cultures. Most recently, he ran 277 km across the Alps over 8 days in the Trans Alpine Run, and was and was featured in the documentary Beyond the Doubt.

Sunny

For over 25 years, Sunny has been working with theatrical ensembles: building team’s confidence, enhancing individual’s stage presence and building community.  Her work has progressed to involve all ages, while finding and embracing the nuances between skills, abilities and comfort levels.  One of her passions includes the use of stage combat to captivate, focus and motivate clients to align their daily efforts towards their long-term goals.

Sunny and Russ began working together doing team building several years ago, focusing on building collaboration, communication, creative thinking and problem solving.  They incorporate mindfulness in their practice with clients, and help leaders find personal success through stress reduction, strategic thinking and humor.
