From Clients:

“Without a doubt, I owe Russ a debt of gratitude for getting me in touch with what matters most in my life and helping me carve a path to get it. Before working together, I was feeling pretty lost about what I wanted and how to “have it all”: how to find a job that I loved and lead a fulfilling and meaningful life chock full of adventure. It was no short order. In our first session, I threw a lot at Russ and he took it in stride, made me feel comfortable, and was able to distill a few key issues that allowed to me concretely tackle what I was facing. After three months of working together I landed my dream job in a new city that provided all of the lifestyle changes I had hoped for. (I know it sounds too good to be true, but this is really what happened!). My advice: don’t hesitate a minute before connecting with Russ. His commitment and enthusiasm for your growth and his exceptional talent for engaging his clients in their own story is life-changing. ” (D. R. )

Event: “Mindfulness and the Broadsword” hosted by IMFFA at the International Monetary Fund:

Congratulations again on yesterday’s open house success with the IMF Family Association.
We are always looking for ways to build camaraderie, trust & leadership skills for our IMFFA Board of directors, Committee Chairs, and our 500+ members.
……we think the topic is relevant for all, and your offering of learning mindfulness through broadswords was a perfect bridge to bring these diverse, global groups together – something often tricky for facilitators to do.
I saw Fund managers, staff and family members:
-try something brand new, working through uncertainty while building confidence,
-trust in themselves even though they didn’t have all the answers,
-relax, have fun & connect in a way their busy lives don’t often allow them to do as leaders.
We were excited to have over 100 people in the room, excited and curious to learn about mindfulness in an out-of-the box way.
Thank you both for bringing this much-needed break to our busy professionals and families at the Fund. (Sarah Happel, IMFFA Board Advisor)
